Karabag Gas Compressor Station

Project Description: The project provided natural gas from the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic’ (SOCAR) Gas Processing Facilities in Karabag to the 400 MW Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant being constructed at site located approximately 40 km Northeast of the City of Baku. While the Project, upon the completion, served the needs of the Severnaya Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant, it was in the intention of JSC Azerigaz to utilize the Project as a component of its future expansion plan to supply gas to other end-users on the Apsheron Peninsula.
Nurova was the main subcontractor for civil works and mechanical/electrical/instrumentation installation works. The compressor station received natural gas from SOCAR treatment plant and delivered compressed natural gas into a 90 km long pipeline feeding the Severnaya Power Plant.

Project Description: The factory consists of 40,000 m2 covered area with its extensions. The factory is constructed by using prefabricted concrete columns, spaceframe structure and sandwich roof and facade panels. The project consisted of 1,500 m of special car test course with 15,000 m2 of landscaping.

Project Description: On Turn-key basis of an Adminstration and Production Building including automation system, pumps, valves and technological equipment for the Ballast Water Treatment Plant in Ventspils, Latvia. The building also included insulated steel sandwich roof and wall panels, sanitary, heating and ventilation systems, lighting, overhead cranes and ballast water filters and piping.

Supsa Oil Terminal

Project Description: The project was the constructionof main civil works and buildings of Supsa Oil Terminal including control and administration building, maintenance workshop, substation, security gate house and fire station. Steel structures including shelters for export pumps, fire water pumps, diesel transfer pumps, runway beams, access platforms, support frames for cabling. Foundations including piling for pumps, generators, tankage, steel structures, pipe tracks and pipe supports. Roads, bund walls, site levelling and drainage works.

Isuzu Bus Factory Earthwork
Location : İstanbul/Türkiye

Project description
Isuzu Bus and Truck factory project included 750,000 cu.m of land excavation, 710,000 cu.m of backfilling, 250,000 cu.m of land leveling and 500 m of French drainage. Project duration is 4 months. 10,000 cu.m of hardrock excavation was executed removed by jackhammers; 200,000 cu.m of semihardrock excavation was executed by Cat D9 and D10 bulidozer and riper. Average of 20 trucks were used for earth transport daily. Backfilling works were executed 20 to 25 cm in layers and compacted by 16 tons vibrated cylinders. French drainage line was utilized to discharge the underground water sources.

Sel Sanayi Gelatin Factory

Project Description: New factory building with 27,000 sqm closed area for the gelatin and glue production from animal skin. The scope of works was consisting of design and engineering of static, architectural, electro-mechanical and process equipment placement. Beside this new factory design, Energy efficiency measurements and engineering have been achiaved.
