Project description: The project included the construction of a 22,500 sqm eighteen stories Apart Hotel and Office Building on turnkey basis, including execution of the basic and detailed design and interior furnishing. It consisted forty aparthotel units, 11,000 sqm office, ana-la carte and self service restaurant, bar, patisserie, swimming pool, fitness center and sauna.
